After you fill out this form you we will email you with the address to ship the cards to.
HOW TO ORGANIZE CARDS
Please separate your cards by the payout category. For example, all commons / uncommons together, all holos/ reverse holos together, etc. If cards are mixed with each other we will count everything as in the common/uncommon category.
HOW TO SHIP CARDS
When packing boxes of bulk we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Large Priority mail boxes if you are sending large amounts of cards in. We found this to be the most cost effective method of shipping bulk cards. This is not required however.
We do not require you to sleeve and cards and we prefer you not to help us streamline the process of verifying your card count.
Cards that come damaged (creases, bends, significant whitening, or other condition issues) due to poor packing will not count towards your final payout count.
Please pay the correct postage when mailing your packages. Packages that come with postage due will either be returned to you or be accepted but the postage amount charged will be taken off of your final payout.
TIPS:
Instead of counting all of your cards you can instead weigh out 100 (or however many) cards and record the weight. Then weigh the rest of your cards and divide to calculate how many cards you have! Please note if using this method that commons/uncommons and reverse/holo cards weigh differently.
When shipping your cards minimize any shaking or movement of cards inside of the box to reduce the chances of damaged cards! We recommend using newspaper, packing paper, packing peanuts, or any similar void fill packaging.
NOTE:
We will verify the final count of cards upon receiving the package. Please allow up to 48 hours after we pick up the package to do so before we send you the payout. Payouts are only done via Paypal.
We understand mistakes happen and allow up to a 5% tolerance in discrepancy between stated count and verified count in the common / uncommon and reverse holo / holo category. All other categories must be 99% accurate however.
In the case that the verified count falls outside of the allowed tolerance, a 20% penalty may occur to the final payout.
This form is for ENGLISH POKEMON cards only. We do take Japanese Pokemon cards occasionally at a lower rate. Email us if you want to send Japanese Pokemon cards.
